"Heal Your Pain-Body"


The pain-body is Eckhart Tolle's term for all the wounds and baggage we carry around with us, some of it individual and some based on gender, ethnicity, or family history. Re. Ellen Debenport talks about how we've all got our "stuff" but we are not required to live with it forever. Find out what it is and how to heal your pain-body.
