"Life is an Open Jar"

Our guest speaker this week is the Rev. Karen Tudor, from our neighborhing church, Unity Church of Practical Christianity, New Braunfels, Tx.

Her talk today is taken from a story in the Old Testament, II Kings, regarding a woman whose sons are going to be taken from her to satisfy the debts of her now deceased husband, according to the law.  She appeals to Elijah.  Find out what happened to her children and why the story has some lessons that we can learn today!

His talk at Unity of Wimberley is regarding forgiveness that is more a recognition that there was nothing to forgive in the first place. His knowledgeable talk mentions scientific evidence of the quantum and how it really affects our lives. You can find out more at www.theuniverselieswithin.com.

"Being Godly"

Unity of Wimberley was treated to a wonderful talk by Rev. Linda Pendergrass of Austin.  Her talk, punctuated with pithy quips, discussed the journey we are on to "Let Go, and Let God".  Her down-home Texas-style delivery fit perfectly with the Hill Country Charm of our little country church.
